We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle incoming calls, assist clients with appointment scheduling, and provide information about our grooming services at our Baton Rouge location. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries Schedule and confirm grooming appointments Provide accurate information about services and pricing Update and maintain customer records in the scheduling system Follow up with clients regarding appointments and reminders Resolve basic customer concerns or route them to the appropriate team member Qualifications
Minimum requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment Benefits
