Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA for a Leasing Manager. As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee daily leasing operations, including showing apartments to prospective residents, managing lease agreements, and maintaining records. You will ensure property occupancy goals are met while fostering positive relationships with current residents to support retention. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay competitive and assist in promoting the property through effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong experience in lease management, including leasing and lease administration
Knowledge in market research to analyze rental trends and identify opportunities
Expertise in property management and handling day-to-day operations
Skills in building positive relationships and fostering resident retention
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Yardi property management software and CRM is required
Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing responsibilities independently
Ability to occasionally travel locally between 4 assets (within 10 miles of each other)
Previous experience in leasing or property management is required
