Role Description We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Specialist to help fuel our growth by winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving measurable revenue. This is a hunter role — you’ll own your territory, build your pipeline, and be rewarded for performance.
In your first year, our goal is $650,000 in new revenue, and you’ll play a key role in helping us get there.
What You'll Do
Prospect, target, and close new clients through outbound outreach, networking, and in-person field activity
Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, builders, and industry partners
Lead product demos and provide training to ensure successful product use
Support customers in the field to ensure satisfaction and retention
Manage your sales pipeline and track results against targets
Collaborate with leadership on territory strategy and growth
Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and consultative communication
What We're Looking For
Self-starter with a competitive drive to win new business
Comfortable with cold outreach and field visits
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Ability to manage territory and pipeline independently
Organized, accountable, and results-oriented
Construction or contractor sales experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Performance-based commission to substantially increase earnings
Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate (industry typical & tax-advantaged)
Hybrid work flexibility with both field and work-from-home time
