Conduct scheduled consultations with clients via phone or virtual platforms

Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

Provide ongoing support and personalized solutions for existing members

Address questions and concerns with professionalism and care

Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records

Manage appointments and workflows efficiently in a remote environment

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
