What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and grow a defined territory by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing collision repair customers
Prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline; plan daily/weekly activities to meet territory and individual goals
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to communicate value and address customer needs
Negotiate and close new business while providing consultative services and tracking customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and ongoing account needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus
3–5 years of experience in automotive, collision repair, or a related field environment; field sales experience preferred
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working in CRM and other business systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience selling solutions from industry-related companies such as CCC, Autdatex, AsTech, Repairify, or Autel
Ability to reframe challenges and navigate objections with professionalism and confidence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
