This is a full-time remote position. Must be located in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Washington, D.C. We offer an exceptional compensation package with a 50/50 structure that provides the perfect balance of base salary and commission rewards. Goal achievers can expect to earn $130K+ annually, but we don’t cap our commissions. Your drive and determination directly impact your income, meaning highly motivated individuals consistently exceed that $130K threshold. Drive growth by building strong relationships with collision repair customers and helping them adopt the full suite of Mitchell Collision Repair solutions. Target customers include collision repair shops, body shops, or dealerships with a dedicated collision repair facility. Solutions focus on estimating, shop management, and diagnostic/calibration systems delivered through our partnership with Bosch. In this field-based role, you and your Inside Sales partner will manage a defined territory spanning Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Washington, D.C. Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience. Contribute toward a shared sales target (quota) and earn commissions based on achievement toward the target (no caps). Travel 40-50% within the territory, primarily by car. Other responsibilities include: manage and grow territory by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers; prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline; conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations; develop proposals and move opportunities through the sales cycle; build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within collision repair organizations; collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and customer success; develop and execute a business/territory plan; provide regular forecasts; negotiate and close new business; present ROI to customers; provide consultative services and keep customers informed of new releases; track progress and status of customers; represent the business professionally in the field; participate in ongoing product and sales training; provide field feedback to improve processes. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus. Experience in automotive, collision repair, or a related field environment; field sales experience preferred. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong consultative selling, customer relationship management, and territory management skills. Ability to reframe challenges, identify solutions, and navigate objections with professionalism and confidence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working in CRM and other business systems. Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory approximately 40-50% of the time, primarily driving to customer sites.
