Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson at Century 21 Nachman Realty, LLC. Based in Virginia Beach, VA, the role combines both in‑office work and the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing expert real estate guidance, preparing contracts, maintaining customer relationships, conducting property showings, and staying updated on market trends.
Qualifications
A current Real Estate License and expertise in Real Estate practices and Real Property
Proven Sales skills with a drive to meet and surpass goals
Excellent Customer Service abilities to establish and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in‑office and remote responsibilities
Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus
