Role Description This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients through the real estate transaction process, managing property listings, conducting market analysis, and developing strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include coordinating property showings, maintaining knowledge of the latest market trends, and supporting digital marketing efforts to maximize property visibility.
Qualifications
Expertise in market research and analysis to guide clients in making informed decisions.
Strong communication, networking, and customer relationship-building skills to foster successful client interactions.
Knowledge and experience in real estate sales processes, property marketing, and negotiation strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Zillow, Trulia, and Homes.com, to enhance online marketing efforts.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Active real estate license in Georgia is required.
Experience in international real estate transactions or knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market is a plus.
Familiarity with property staging and presentation strategies is a bonus.
