This is a full-time hybrid role for Real Estate Professionals, based in Norman, OK, with the flexibility to work remotely at times. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real property, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Real Estate Professionals will also represent the company in the local community, build relationships with potential clients, and promote the organization's broad range of real estate services. Qualifications

Expertise in Real Estate, including understanding local markets and managing transactions Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building with clients Knowledge of Real Estate Development and Real Property practices Strong Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Active real estate license in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain one Experience with hybrid work environments is a plus
