Job Description
Title: Order Management Location: Rochester, NY 14610 Contract: 12+ months Pay range: $28.36/hr - $31.25/hr on w2 Shift: Day shift
Responsible for directing and coordinating the processing of sales orders. Responsible for directing and managing international sales orders from booking through to payment. Responsible for determining if the internal organization can meet customer requirements. Understands, interprets, and maintains compliance with federal regulations. Tracks export licenses Prepares US Customs documentation for all shipments in compliance to ITAR and EAR regulations Coordinates overseas shipments with freight forwarders Prepares documentation for Letters of Credit in order to collect payment. Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering customer phone calls, and uploading/editing documents on SharePoint Reviews and ensures accuracy of booking packages, orders and shipment documentation for the purpose of supporting international business.
