What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage merchants through high‑volume outbound calls to drive early payments adoption
Educate customers on payment platform features to facilitate online payments
Conduct activation conversations to enable merchants to process payments immediately
Follow up with merchants to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely processing of payments
Guide new users through their first live transaction from initiation to deposit confirmation
What is Required (Qualifications)
1‑2 years of experience in business‑to‑business sales, business development, or customer success
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
Ability to multitask and execute tasks with precision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in payment processing or API‑related roles
Experience using a consultative approach in customer service
