Part Time Property Manager
Colonial American Development Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated part-time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 50‑unit HUD Section 8 property for elderly residents in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the administration, maintenance, and general day‑to‑day operations of the property. Coordinates and schedules general upkeep, repairs, and unit remodeling projects. Determines whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment. Familiar with HUD terms of occupancy and provides information about the community to prospective tenants. Ensures vacant units are turned and re‑leased in a timely manner, and applicants are prescreened and ready to occupy units as soon as they become available. Maintains property records, including rental, maintenance, and property availability. Describes and imposes lease guidelines and rules to tenants, visitors, and the community. Promptly responds to and resolves tenant inquiries and emergencies. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities
Strong computer proficiency and mathematical ability. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to pass a background screening. Preferred Qualifications
