Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Apartment Manager to join our team in the San Fernando Valley. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a residential property management environment and has 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing 20+ units.
Position Details
3 Opportunities in the San Fernando Valley, CA.
30-38 Units will vary depending on location.
Part‑Time - 20-25 hours per week.
Compensation: $18-$20/hour, $606-$779/month + Free Apartment Unit.
Responsibilities
Cleaning property.
Overseeing daily operations of the property.
Leasing and tenant relations.
Rent collection and enforcing lease compliance.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Managing vendors.
Handling notices, inspections, and general administrative duties.
Qualifications
2 years+ of experience managing multifamily properties.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Able to clean property.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and local ordinances.
Computer proficiency for rent collection, reporting, and leasing software.
Bilingual - either Spanish or Armenian.
