Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker As a

Business Development Executive

at Chargeflow, you'll be responsible for generating high‑quality sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You'll target with enterprise‑level prospecting, bringing in the largest deals for the company. This role requires creativity, persistence, and excellent communication.

Your Arena

Generate high‑quality sales opportunities targeting enterprise accounts

Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through research, outreach, and building a strong professional network

Implement multi‑channel outreach strategies, testing different outbound methodologies

Track results, optimize approaches, and innovate new prospecting techniques

Build relationships with key representatives at target companies through various channels

Represent Chargeflow at industry events and host networking functions across the US

Collaborate with our marketing team on demand generation initiatives

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for successful closing

What It Takes

Minimum of 1 year business development experience within B2B tech companies - Strong Advantage

Willingness to travel for events and client meetings - Must

Experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals

Self‑motivation and KPI driven attitude

Team‑centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment

Strong networking and relationship‑building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools

Ability to sell multiple products and articulate their value to different personas

Domain knowledge in fraud and payments

Domain knowledge in eCommerce

Compensation The OTE salary range for this position is ~$85,000-$100,000. This is an incentive‑based role, with a significant portion of compensation tied to performance against objectives.
