This role aligns opportunity positioning with firm priorities, oversees go or no-go decisions, and ensures CRM pipeline integrity across the team. This position is accountable for supporting revenue growth while maintaining consistency in client-facing materials and enterprise messaging.**Key Responsibilities:*** ## Lead pursuit strategy and competitive positioning for assigned markets.* ## Facilitate go or no-go decisions aligned with firm capabilities and growth objectives.* ## Direct proposal development at a strategic level while overseeing resource allocation.* ## Monitor Salesforce pipeline data, ensuring revenue forecasts, probability adjustments, and stage progression are accurate and current.* ## Lead client debriefs and share insights across the organization to improve competitiveness.* ## Oversee development and maintenance of market-specific brochures, presentations, and positioning materials.* ## Represent assigned markets in enterprise growth discussions and strategy meetings.* ## Coach Senior Proposal Managers and Proposal Managers while fostering cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Knowledge teams.**Minimum Qualifications*** ## Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.* ## 12 or more years of experience in business development, proposal strategy, or market leadership within capital program services environments.* ## Demonstrated success leading complex pursuits and influencing revenue growth.* ## Experience managing pipeline strategy and forecasting within Salesforce or comparable CRM system.* ## Strong executive communication and client engagement skills.**Working hours**Full-time, Exempt.
