This role mentors proposal staff, reinforces CRM discipline, and ensures enterprise positioning is reflected in proposals and client materials. As Consertus expands into new markets and service lines, this position strengthens alignment between pursuit execution and growth strategy.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead execution of large or strategically significant pursuits.* Shape persuasive messaging that reflects competitive positioning and sector expertise.* Establish schedules and oversee deliverables for complex submissions.* Conduct senior-level quality and compliance reviews prior to release.* Oversee Salesforce opportunity data for assigned pursuits to ensure alignment with revenue forecasts and pipeline dashboards.* Guide development of interview materials and executive presentation content.* Collaborate on market brochures and strategic client materials that extend beyond a single pursuit.* Mentor Proposal Managers and Pursuit Coordinators while contributing to training initiatives and workflow improvements.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.* 8–10 years of progressive proposal leadership experience within complex professional services organizations.* Proven track record managing large, multi-disciplinary, or high-revenue pursuits.* Strong understanding of CRM forecasting discipline and pipeline reporting.* Advanced writing, editing, and strategic narrative development capabilities.**Working hours**Full-time, Exempt.
