Boston, MA - Hybrid (Remote and In Person) Full-Time Opportunities at external client companies Director of Sales – North America | Industrial B2B Market Development A global manufacturer of high-performance engineered materials is expanding its North American commercial leadership team as part of its next phase of market growth. The organization supplies advanced material solutions used in power generation equipment, power and distribution transformers, large electric drives, and other high-voltage electrical systems. Its portfolio includes electrical insulation materials, laminates, reinforced plastics, prepregs, and advanced composite materials (GFRP / CFRP) used in demanding industrial and OEM applications. With an established North American customer base, an existing commercial team, and regional manufacturing capabilities, the company is now entering its next phase of commercial growth. This role will play a key part in scaling the North American business while further strengthening the existing sales organization. About the Role The Director of Sales – North America will lead commercial activities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The position combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on market development in an environment focused on long-term customer engagement and technical specification selling. You will build on an established customer base in the electrical power equipment market while expanding new opportunities across engineered materials and composite applications. You will lead and develop the existing US sales organization while gradually expanding the commercial team as the North American platform grows. What Success Looks Like Within the first 12–24 months you will have: Further expanded the existing electrical power equipment customer base Established new growth opportunities in composite material applications Strengthened executive-level customer relationships Built additional commercial capacity within the regional sales organization What We Are Looking For We are seeking a commercially driven sales leader with experience in technical B2B manufacturing environments. This role is primarily focused on commercial leadership and market development, rather than engineering expertise.
