Director of Rooms The Springhill/TownePlace Suites Columbus Easton is seeking an experienced

Director of Rooms

to lead our housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams while delivering exceptional cleanliness and a seamless guest experience.

This role partners closely with the

Front Desk and Maintenance teams

to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards across the property. We are looking for a

hands‑on leader

who leads by example and sets the standard for professionalism, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate thrives in

and has experience leading teams with different backgrounds and perspectives.

What You’ll Do Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to maintain exceptional cleanliness and productivity

Foster a

positive, inclusive team culture

that encourages collaboration and professional growth

Work closely with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience

Manage departmental scheduling, staffing levels, and performance expectations

Maintain high cleaning standards by implementing effective procedures, quality controls, and safety protocols

Coach and support team members while holding them accountable to department goals

Monitor inventory and manage departmental supplies efficiently

Ensure compliance with brand standards, property policies, and safety regulations

Qualifications Leadership experience in

hotels, hospitals, or multi‑unit residential communities

as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests, managers, and team members

Experience managing, motivating, and developing team members

Ability to work effectively with

diverse and international teams

High level of professionalism, integrity, and pride in your work
