Responsibilities
Develop and execute a hyperscale-focused sales strategy targeting major cloud, AI, and enterprise infrastructure clients
Leverage existing relationships to originate and close large-scale capacity deals (10MW–100MW+ transactions)
Lead commercial discussions from early engagement through LOI, contract negotiation, and close
Work closely with executive leadership on pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach
Identify new market opportunities aligned with power availability and site approvals
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnership discussions
Provide market intelligence on hyperscale demand, AI cluster requirements, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with development, power, and legal teams to structure bankable commercial agreements
Skills / Must have
Proven track record selling to hyperscale cloud providers or large AI infrastructure customers
Background within a hyperscaler, major colocation provider, or large-scale datacenter operator
Established network of senior contacts across hyperscale and AI infrastructure buyers
Experience closing multi-megawatt datacenter or infrastructure transactions
Deep understanding of AI-ready infrastructure requirements (power density, cooling, scalability)
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel as required
