Customer Support Representative - $16/hour
Express Employment has an immediate opening for an outstanding Customer Support Representative for a company in Alcoa, TN.
Responsibilities
Answer phones - handle requests or direct as needed
Process web orders/searches
Work with vendors on tracking/ shipments/ and any issues.
Research as needed
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone
Previous customer service experience in a warehouse environment
Great attention to detail
Review and follow up with leads/ have sales initiative
Ability to be flexible in your position as needed

Mon - Fri | 8A-5P // 1 hr. lunch
