What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan that consistently generates high-quality referrals
Build lasting relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, senior centers, and case managers
Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and community functions
Track outreach efforts, referrals, and metrics in our CRM
Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure seamless, compassionate client experiences
Meet and exceed referral and growth goals — your success fuels our mission
What Makes You a Standout
Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
Track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales targets
Excellent communicator and presenter
Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable traveling throughout NE Dallas and surrounding communities
