We are seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Marketing Manager to help tell our story, build community trust, and grow awareness of our home care services across digital platforms.

Position Overview This is a part‑time, hands‑on role ideal for a social media professional who enjoys storytelling, community engagement, and creating content that highlights real impact. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing the social media presence for Human Touch Home Care and other affiliated home care brands while maintaining a consistent voice centered on care, compassion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms across multiple brands (primarily Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn)

Create engaging content including photos, short‑form videos, stories, graphics, and captions

Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across multiple home care brands

Highlight caregiver stories, client experiences, community involvement, and educational healthcare content

Capture authentic on‑site content with caregivers, staff, and leadership teams

Promote hiring campaigns for caregivers and healthcare staff

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community trust online

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize content strategy

Stay current with social media trends and best practices in healthcare marketing

Qualifications

2+ years experience managing social media for a brand, healthcare company, or service‑based business

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats and trends

Comfortable shooting and editing content on a phone (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)

Ability to write engaging, professional captions aligned with healthcare brand voice

Organized, self‑directed, and reliable with deadlines
