Loam Media/Family Radiois looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong commitment to serving Jesus Christ and reaching the masses with God’s word. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing general audience-focused communications that strengthen relationships, build trust, and support the organizations donor acquisition, fundraising and retention goals. This role oversees mass communications including awareness, engagement, conversion, and surveys, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Marketing Manager partners cross-functionally to translate insights and performance data into effective communication strategies. As our Marketing Manager, you get to… Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with revenue, engagement, and conversion goals. Support ongoing planning for marketing communications, including goals, timelines, budgets, and results tracking. Partner closely with cross-functional internal teams, including Donor Communications, Donor Relations, and Programming, to ensure all outbound communications are aligned, accurate, and well-coordinated. Surface trends, insights, and recommendations to the Director, Communications. Manage mass marketing communications across channels, including awareness, engagement, conversion, and surveys. Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging accuracy across all marketing communications. Own end-to-end project management for marketing communication initiatives, including master timelines, content development, creative reviews, approvals, and delivery. Write, edit, proofread, and provide quality assurance for audience-facing content as needed. Translate performance data, testing results, and marketing insights into recommendations to improve performance. Prepare and distribute project summaries, outcomes, and return-on-investment reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to gather donor stories and testimonials that demonstrate impact. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. Manage approved budgets and review invoices. Establish internal review and approval processes. Coordinate data coding and reporting accuracy. You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. You have three or more years of experience in fundraising communications, donor marketing, or nonprofit communications. You have a demonstrated excellence in written communication. You have a strong understanding of donor motivations. You have a campaign development experience. You have a strong organizational and analytical skills. You have a cross-functional collaboration ability. You have a technical proficiency and adaptability. You have graphic design experience (preferred, not required)
