SaaS sales or experience with cloud‑connected gear/software in the security or AV space is a strong plus

2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security systems, AV integration, or technology gear distribution

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot. Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools

Ability to travel to industry trade shows or client locations as needed

Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and a drive to exceed revenue goals

Responsibilities

This role involves developing opportunities through lead generation, inbound inquiries, and industry partnerships, with a strong focus on building long‑term relationships across commercial, enterprise, and channel clients

Represent and sell technology‑forward gear and SaaS solutions used in surveillance, security systems, access control, AV integration, and remote monitoring

Manage inbound leads, respond to client inquiries, and consistently conduct daily outbound prospecting calls

Maintain expert knowledge of company products, with a focus on SaaS‑enhanced devices, cloud‑integrated platforms, and AV/security gear

Communicate professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, in‑person) to nurture client relationships

Consistently meets or exceeds daily high call volume/metrics

Use CRM (HubSpot, or similar) to accurately document client interactions, track sales stages, and manage pipeline activity

Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on quotes, schedule demos, and support the full sales cycle

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads

Continuously grow industry knowledge in SaaS applications in physical security, AV control systems, cloud‑based video storage, and remote device management

Uphold company policies and values while delivering an outstanding client experience

Identify market trends and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies and product alignment
