We move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving

qualified event leads, booked tours, and real revenue

— not vanity metrics. You’ll work directly with the Founder, creative team, and automation team to launch and scale campaigns across multiple venues and markets. This is a

performance role . Your success equals client growth. Responsibilities

Launch and manage campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) TikTok (bonus) Build full-funnel systems: Structure accounts by venue, region, event type, and seasonality Optimization & Scaling

Monitor CPL, lead quality, booking rates, and ROAS Kill losing ads quickly and scale winning campaigns Refresh creatives weekly Tracking & Infrastructure

Set up and QA: Pixels CAPI GA4 Conversion tracking UTMs Ensure clean, reliable data across ad platforms and CRMs Work closely with: Creative team (ads, hooks, UGC, video) Funnel and landing page team CRM and automation team Translate performance insights into creative and funnel improvements Who You Are

Performance-obsessed Data-driven but creative Comfortable owning results Fast, curious, and systems-minded Required Experience

2+ years managing Meta and Google Ads Proven results with lead generation or local service businesses Strong understanding of: Retargeting Creative testing Scaling frameworks Experience managing budgets from

$5k–$100k+ per month Bonus (Not Required)

Hospitality, weddings, events, or local services experience GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs
