Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented

Business Development Representative

to accelerate our growth in commercial janitorial service contracts throughout the Dallas market.

This dynamic and rewarding role is focused on generating new B2B business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the commercial facilities space. If you thrive on networking, prospecting, and closing deals, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new commercial janitorial service contract opportunities

Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and in-person prospect meetings

Present customized service programs to property managers, facility directors, and business owners

Build and maintain a strong professional network within the Dallas business community

Participate in trade associations and industry networking groups

Develop proposals and close multi-year service agreements

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of B2B experience preferred

3+ years of selling in a service-related industry preferred

Valid Driver’s License required

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making the sale

Highly self-motivated, goal-driven and entrepreneurial is required

Wages Starting at $85,000 Base + Commissions (Uncapped Earning Potential)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Hours typically occur within normal business hours, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. There will be times that meetings, walkthroughs, networking events, etcetera occur outside of these hours. However, that should not be considered a frequent occurrence.

Travel

Frequent driving between accounts, meetings and walkthroughs will occur throughout a typical workday, in a personal vehicle. You will be reimbursed for business mileage.
