This role will support the growth organization to scale and progress our partnerships, M&A and new initiatives functions. The Strategic Growth Intern will accelerate the teams’ ability to execute key growth levers to improve the short‑term and long‑term growth rate of ABC Fitness. He/She will approach each initiative with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieve deadlines internally and with third‑party partners. He/She will bring a growth mindset and creativity to growing these key channels. Key Responsibilities
Enable partner success through cross‑functional support, enablement resources, and lifecycle management from onboarding through scale. Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities, build competitive analyses, and support M&A target identification. Operationalize revenue growth initiatives (referral programs, marketplace, data monetization) through process design and cross‑functional execution. Own partnership analytics, build performance dashboards, and deliver data‑driven insights to optimize ecosystem ROI. Drive growth with top partners via quarterly business reviews, integration optimization, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives. Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Familiarity and interest in SaaS or professional services Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills High level of commitment, attention to detail, and impeccable follow‑up Strong problem‑solve skills and analytical rigor Highly motivated and competitive Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, with fluency in English Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines Great teamwork, work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit A team player with the ability to work in a high‑energy environment Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Haves)
Interest in working in the fitness or SaaS industry A passion for fitness and the fitness industry Location: TX Frisco 2600 North Dallas Parkway WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
