IT Hardware Asset Manager
Location : Richmond VA ( onsite )
Roles and Responsibilities
Forecast and Procure Technology Inventory
Manage forecasting and procurement activities for all technology hardware. Provide leadership with regular reporting on budget utilization and spend trends.
Asset Reporting, Audits, and Compliance
Conduct recurring audits of hardware assets, including identifying users with multiple assigned devices. Manage termination-related tasks, asset validation, e waste coordination, and end of life/retirement verification.
Ad Hoc Requests and Project Support
Support cross functional teams with on demand reporting, analysis, and project coordination as needed.
Model Lifecycle Management
Lead creation and maintenance of standard hardware models. Coordinate PC refresh cycles and collaborate with platform engineering for testing and certification.
Vendor and Partner Coordination
Serve as the point of contact for vendors regarding equipment ordering, RMAs, touch labor services, and related procurement activities.
