Commercial Account Executive Leaders (Softchoice Corporation) (New York, NY): Monitor and supervise the performance of direct reports through weekly 1-on-1 meetings, actively participating in customer engagement, and conducting formal performance reviews (30%); Provide guidance regarding sales and strategy execution by analyzing market trends and customer needs, implementing business strategies to expand customer footprint, overseeing a 30, 60, and 90-day forecast, and conducting sales meetings and communication (25%); Perform customer engagement and escalation handling by overseeing a portfolio of strategic buying accounts, participating in key strategic customer meetings with the team, identifying opportunities for clients who are using our proprietary Software Asset Management+ tools, and teaching and using Salesforce/SAP to create product quotes and customer-facing proposals (20%); Collaborate and report internally, ensuring accurate updates in Salesforce for direct reports, analyzing reports and KPIs, preparing regular reports on team performance, and collaborating with Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) (15%); and Carry out training and development, applying knowledge of Softchoice Managed Services and tools to train and develop the team, including Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Licensing, and Industry Knowledge (10%). The following skills and experience are required in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience directly managing a quota-carrying technology sales business in a B2B commercial environment with multiple categories of solutions; Experience leading and mentoring a team of sellers, while being the primary point of contact for customers as an individual contributor; Experience using SAM platforms to support licensing lifecycle and customer engagement strategies; Experience using MEDDPICC Sales Methodology for complete sales cycle monitoring and tracking, including coaching other sellers against this methodology; Experience using IT Services across Professional, Managed, and Partner services to support customers using a solution-selling methodology; Experience with using Salesforce CRM, including pipeline forecasting, quoting, and opportunity conversion workflows as an individual contributor; Experience with Power BI for advanced reporting to assess sales performance and customer trends; Experience managing and coaching using data sourced from tools including Live Optics, Block64, and Auvik for pre-sales assessments and solution positioning; Sales experience with Microsoft licensing vehicles, including Enterprise Agreements (EA), Microsoft CSP, and M365 product SKUs; Experience using SAP ERP and ZoomInfo in pipeline management, prospecting, and account strategy; Experience with customer escalations and executive-level client meetings, including involvement both as an individual contributor and in a coaching capacity, related to technical infrastructure and licensing optimization; and Experience with the commercial territory customer base, utilizing experience working across legal, financial, manufacturing, and media sectors to build relationships and drive long-term growth strategies. Requires an Associate's degree (two-year degree or diploma) or foreign equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least one year of experience as a Sales Executive working in a business-to-business technology sales environment or a related occupation.
