Commercial Account Executive(s) (Softchoice Corporation) (Dallas, TX): Increase business revenue and manage gross profit by generating new customer buying accounts using software and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI and ZoomInfo; Create and execute a prospecting strategy to acquire new clients and develop new business relationships every quarter within assigned territory; Build and progress a robust sales pipeline in order to not just meet but to exceed financial goals; Meet with customers to uncover issues, and to understand, consult on, and develop their hybrid IT strategies; Identify complex client business problems and oversee business resources to address them; Collect data from our customers’ data center or network and licensing reports, and deliver proprietary assessments, including technology consumption, diagnostics, and blueprints, using tools including Live Optics, Block64, and Auvik; Collaborate with internal teams such as Solution Architects and Vendor Sales Specialists to solution customer opportunities, engaging internal resources to create customized solutions for the client; Develop strong C-level relationships with existing and prospective clients; Maintain strategic alignment with local vendor and distribution channel partners; Leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines; Leverage industry knowledge to drive net-new software, hardware, and services business, keeping up to date on product and industry knowledge and attending product training as required; Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; and Manage the collaboration between customer and internal resources on MSAs (master service agreements) to ensure successful outcomes. The following skills and experience are required in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience selling to the C-suite and multiple lines of business leaders; Experience with outlooking and forecasting within a complex sales territory; Experience negotiating enterprise level SaaS and Public Cloud contracts with multi-year commitments; Experience selling technical Professional Services and Advanced Managed Services; Experience managing a sales funnel; Experience presenting account strategies to executives and business leaders; Experience with Salesforce, Live Optics, and Block64; Experience with PowerBI and ZoomInfo; Experience selling Microsoft Licensing vehicles such as Enterprise agreements, CSPs or similar vehicles; Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve financial goals; and Experience researching trends, challenges, and regulatory changes that are relevant to customers’ industries. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least one year of experience working as a Sales Executive in a business-to-business technology sales environment or a related occupation. In the alternative, the company will accept no degree and at least three years of experience working in the above-mentioned occupational field.
