Collections Specialist
Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Denver, CO. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO. This is a direct hire job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $75,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below). To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also ideally have experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software. Responsibilities: Collecting and posting payments Monitoring a portfolio of accounts Running aging reports Providing excellent customer service Researching and resolving payment/billing discrepancies Initiating and tracking the lien filing process Assisting with month-end close processes Documenting all collection efforts and resolutions Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations All other related tasks as required Qualifications: At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Excellent analytical skills Excellent negotiation skills Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software Previous experience in the construction, manufacturing, and/or HVAC industries preferred Compensation: Annual salary between $60,000 and $75,000 Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits If you think your skillset makes you the best candidate for this Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO, then apply NOW!
