Collections Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $75,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also ideally have experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software.
Responsibilities:
Collecting and posting payments Monitoring a portfolio of accounts Running aging reports Researching and resolving payment/billing discrepancies Initiating and tracking the lien filing process Assisting with month-end close processes Documenting all collection efforts and resolutions Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations All other related tasks as required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail Excellent analytical skills Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software Previous experience in the construction, manufacturing, and/or HVAC industries preferred Compensation:
