The Shipping And Receiving Specialist will hold a permanent & full-time position and will work for the Champlin, MN plant in collaboration with the other international teams (United-States, Canada, Spain & Mexico). The Benefits Profit sharing bonus program; Group Insurance plan including dental, vision & telemedicine; 401K plan with employer's contribution; Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year; Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year. The Day-to-Day Handle the forklift and pallet jack to unload incoming orders ; Receive incoming orders, and ensure accurate inspection of material ; Measure pipe spools, frames and tanks per drawings/mechanical lists ; Documentation collection of various forms and certificates ; Sort goods to bins and carts per job numbers ; Assure general shop housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the plant ; Support other manufacturing and warehouse functions as required ; Carry out the packaging of shipments, boxing, banding and crating. The Skills We Are Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience in this position; Reach forklift experience ; Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs; Ability to read prints and use a tape measure to check dimensions ; Good knowledge of Excel, Word and general computer skills ; Good memory and capable of multi-tasking ; Be a good team player ; Organizational skills and attention to details.
