* J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.* 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier real estate leasing practice.* Material lessee experience is a significant plus.* In-house legal experience is a plus.* Substantial experience with all aspects of the real estate leasing lifecycle, including commercial leases and AIA agreements, lease negotiation, green leasing terms, and real estate deal structure.* Experience with vendor and supplier contracts.* Experience with corporate governance and general corporate work.* Litigation experience a plus.* Exceptional judgment, balancing risk with business priorities.* Hardworking, motivated, proactive and results oriented.* Comfortable fielding questions from the most senior to the most junior teammates.* Exceedingly organized and meticulous.* Unquestioned integrity.* Desire to be part of a fast-growing firm.* Team oriented with the ability to build relationships and earn the respect of others.* Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups and functions.* This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
