The Role: Founding Operations (0.5–5+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a high-agency operator to help build the backbone of AI training marketplaces.

You’ll:

• Design and execute workflows to recruit and manage domain experts
• Work directly with frontier AI labs on large-scale projects
• Partner with engineers to build and refine the expert marketplace platform
• Help integrate expert data into reinforcement learning environments
• Scale operations from zero to one — and lead as the team grows
