Job Summary
Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing BHS system core supply chain duties and functions as assigned. Core duties include regional category management and site‑level leadership. Within this leadership role, financial, logistical, and procurement expertise are expected. The role creates a seamless, team‑oriented environment in providing services to the BHS system along with oversight of a product line. The position will complete established competencies within a designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- MINIMUM: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Management, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Engineering.
- PREFERRED: MBA/MHA from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
- MINIMUM: 5 years applicable work experience or hospital postgraduate administrative residency experience.
- PREFERRED: 10 years Supply Chain experience, 5 years as a director.
Certifications:
- REQUIRED: None.
- PREFERRED: Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP).
