The company is now focusing on its growth within the U.S. market, especially in the reusable, long-life container segment.
With 600 employees and 39 sites across 24 countries, the Group is experiencing rapid growth and generating $300 million in annual revenue. Its operating model is characterized by a High Mix / Low Volume approach in a highly regulated environment, which includes OEM licenses, defense programs, ITAR, and export control.
To support and sustain this growth, Dedienne Aerospace is creating a new position: Managing Director. This role will be responsible for leading, structuring, and scaling all Group activities throughout the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Regional Governance
- Develop and implement the Americas strategy in accordance with the Group's vision.
- Lead Business Plans, budgets, investments, and financial forecasts
- Represent the Group with key customers, strategic partners, institutions, and authorities
- Act as a senior escalation point for major commercial, contractual, and operational matters
2. Multi‑Site Operations & Performance
- Oversee all industrial sites and service centers in the Americas
- Structure and scale local organizations to support growth
- Harmonize processes while respecting local specificities
- Provide executive oversight of the regional supply chain, ensuring sustained capacity and technical flexibility
3. Growth & Business Development
- Develop strategic relationships with:
- Aircraft, engine, and nacelle OEMs
- Military organizations and government entities (US and allied countries)
- Airlines, MROs, and maintenance shops
- Drive growth of license-based and service contracts
- Identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities
- Full responsibility of P&L for the Americas.
- Manage margins, cash, investments, and financial risks
- Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators
- Lead and develop regional leadership teams
- Structure key talents in a fast-growing environment
- Ensure a healthy social climate aligned with Group values
- Promote international mobility and competency development
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Promote product innovation in connection with Engineering and American market needs
- Deploy continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Drive digital transformation of operations (ERP, collaborative tools, ToolLive)
- Foster best practice exchanges between sites and with other Group regions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations:
- Quality standards (AS / ISO)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, contractual, and geopolitical risks
- Enforce strict adherence to Group ethics and compliance policies
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Master’s degree, MBA in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical background combined with business and financial acumen
Experience
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in an international industrial environment
- Proven track record in regional or multi‑site executive leadership
- Strong exposure to:
- Aerospace and/or Defense industries
- Licensed products, long‑term contracts, and regulated environments
- Experience in high‑growth contexts and/or post‑acquisition integration
