Duties include financial planning, department organization, development of goals/objectives, development of policies/procedures, compliance with laws/standards/regulations, quality management, group purchasing activities, inventory management and human resource management. Also oversees drug distribution services, patient/clinical services, education and professional relationships.***EDUCATION**** Graduate of accredited school of pharmacy.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent of five years of relevant management experience.***EXPERIENCE**** Minimum of five years of recent hospital pharmacy experience with strong clinical component.* Proven management experience in hospital/health care environment.* Familiarity with hospital purchasing and materials management systems including inventory control, group purchasing, information systems, and hospital cost containment methods.***LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS***Registered Pharmacist license in State of Washington required.**BENEFITS INFORMATION:**.**Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:**Olympic Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
