Logistics & Documentation Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Logistics Specialist
to manage the technical and administrative side of shipping and receiving. This role focuses on data integrity and software management. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in labeling and documentation to mitigate risk and eliminate vendor non-compliance fees.
Key Responsibilities Software Management:
Utilize
PTM and TMS portals
and internal systems to search, track, and process shipments.
Data Accuracy:
Maintain inventory logs and records using
Microsoft Excel
with a zero-error threshold.
Precision Labeling:
Manually generate and audit shipping labels; ensure all documentation is perfectly aligned with shipment contents.
Coordination:
Oversee the logistics flow to ensure the physical shop output matches digital records. Technical Qualifications
Computer Savvy:
Proficiency in
PTM portals , TMS, or equivalent logistics software is required.
Excel Skills:
Strong ability to search, organize, and enter data accurately.
Detail-Oriented:
Proven track record of high-precision work in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance:
High School Diploma/GED required; must pass drug screen and background check. Position Details
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00/hr
Schedule:
Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Steel-toe boots and gloves.
