Superintendent (Luxury Residential Superintendent)

My client are seeking a Superintendent to join their team in Salt Lake City. Description Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion. Manage on-site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively. Collaborate with project managers to maintain budget and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
