Strong communication skills are essential for drafting clear correspondence and facilitating effective interactions between executives and stakeholders. Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms, enables the assistant to prepare presentations, manage data, and streamline workflows. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are applied to anticipate executive needs and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively. Additionally, discretion and professionalism are consistently employed to handle sensitive information and maintain trust within the executive office. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders.
