Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio. At Fives, we are all driven by a common calling, to prove that industry can do it! As a global partner for key industries such as Automotive, Medical, and Aerospace, the CITCO Tools division remains a pioneer in innovation for custom-engineered industrial tooling solutions. It is with you that industry can do it! We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p Pay- $18-$23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience) At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to: Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quote requests, shipment coordination, and order expediting to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Deliver professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing incoming calls, walk-ins, and communication with internal teams. Prepare accurate quotes and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring correct pricing, product details, quantities, and shipping requirements. Utilize SAP to process customer and distributor orders accurately while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and cross-functional internal partners.
