We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!
Hours: Monday‑Friday 8‑4:30p.
Pay: $18‑$23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience).
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quote requests, shipment coordination, and order expediting to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Deliver professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing incoming calls, walk‑ins, and communication with internal teams.
Prepare accurate quotes and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring correct pricing, product details, quantities, and shipping requirements.
Utilize SAP to process customer and distributor orders accurately while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and cross‑functional internal partners.

Since we are located off I‑90 and Auburn Road, it will be an easy commute.
Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma.
2‑4 years of customer service experience.
Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Suite products.
Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Legal & Eligibility Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. All offers of employment are contingent upon clear results of a background check and drug screen. Background checks and drug screens will be conducted on all final candidates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
