Client Service Representative
Codornices Veterinary Clinic, part of the AmeriVet family, is a busy six-doctor veterinary hospital dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets and excellent service to their families. Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential. Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed. $20.00
$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a very busy reception environment. Responsibilities: Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups Maintain accurate client and patient records Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and scheduling software skills Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required Working Conditions: Fast-paced veterinary clinic environment Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be required At AmeriVet, we're committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
