Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential.### ScheduleMust be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed.### Compensation$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.### Job SummaryThe Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a very busy reception environment.### Responsibilities* Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service* Answer phones and schedule appointments* Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups* Maintain accurate client and patient records* Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out* Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care* Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk### Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment* Basic computer and scheduling software skills* Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required### Working Conditions* Fast-paced veterinary clinic environment* Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be requiredAt AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
