Arrow Ford is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our growing Parts Department. As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our internal service team and external customers by efficiently and accurately fulfilling their parts needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and build strong relationships.
Accurately and efficiently fulfill parts requests, including locating and ordering parts.
Offer expert advice on parts selection, including recommending compatible parts and highlighting special offers.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, availability, and pricing.
Streamline Parts Operations:
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, including creating quotes and managing inventory.
Manage incoming and outgoing parts shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date on new products, technical bulletins, and industry best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a parts department or automotive industry is
required.
Former technicians make great parts professionals, too!
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Willing to submit to drug screen and background check

I-CAN Kids –
Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children.
