What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the ultimate product expert, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
Provide trusted advisory services to prospects and customers to maximize the value of Tax.com products
Assist with business assessments, including proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots for clients
Craft content demonstrating how to leverage Tax.com products for specific use cases
Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks and facilitate deal closures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role or a combination of relevant work experience
Familiarity with sales technology (CRMs), cloud architecture, or telephony/web conferencing systems
Understanding of data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, databases, APIs/webhooks, or JSON
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Passion for technology and problem-solving, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Industry knowledge in key markets such as technology, business services, and financing, staffing & recruiting
Experience with security and privacy considerations pertaining to SaaS systems
