Serve as the ultimate product expert, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams Provide trusted advisory services to prospects and customers to maximize the value of Tax.com products Assist with business assessments, including proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots Craft tailored content to demonstrate how customers can leverage Tax.com products for specific use cases Collaborate across departments to eliminate bottlenecks and facilitate deal closures What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering role or relevant work experience Proficiency with sales technology (CRMs), cloud architecture, and telephony/web conferencing systems Familiarity with data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, databases, APIs/webhooks, or JSON Understanding of security and privacy considerations related to SaaS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
