The

Senior Global Compensation Analyst

role is centered around leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across compensation, benefits, and overall employee rewards programs. The position will be responsible for managing the administration and compliance of the reward processes (market benchmarking, plan administration and salary reviews) and conducting data modeling, analysis, and reporting (e.g., predictive analytics, pay equity studies, dashboard creation). This role reports to the Senior Director Total Rewards and HR Ops. Due to the business needs, we are looking for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Responsibilities

Total Rewards Conduct global market research and participate in salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary data. Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate classification, salary grades, and FLSA status. Support the administration of core compensation processes, including the annual salary review cycle, merit increases, and bonus/incentive plan calculations. Monitor and ensure strict compliance with a diverse range of global, federal, state, and local labor laws and tax implications related to compensation in different jurisdictions (e.g., pay equity laws, minimum wage, overtime rules, pay transparency regulations). Provide consultation and guidance to HR Business Partners, recruiters, and management in various countries on job offers, promotions, and compensation policies. Data Analytics Conduct complex statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement or growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate data outcomes into actionable business information. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau) to effectively communicate findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) to non-technical stakeholders. Evaluate, improve, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of internal data handling systems and data acquisition processes. Frame complex business problems into key components, recommend practical solutions, and contribute to the development of new business strategies and methods. Provide guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to junior analysts, contributing to the development of team procedures and best practices. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in global compensation, data analytics and modeling. CCP certification is preferred (some benefits background is a plus). Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) for data manipulation, analysis, and cost modeling. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as UKG or Workday, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Experience with international benchmarking data (Aon/Radford preferred). Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex data and policies into clear, understandable information for diverse audiences. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Additional Information

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
