Seasonal HVAC Customer Service Representative (Temporary Summer Role)

W-2 JOB SUMMARY: Our Scottsdale-based call center is seeking summer hires to support the HVAC industry during peak season call volume. This temporary position is designed to handle the surge in incoming calls from customers nationwide dealing with air conditioning and heating issues during the hottest months. You’ll provide friendly, professional assistance and schedule service appointments efficiently. This short-term summer role is a great opportunity to earn income, build customer service experience, and help keep people comfortable when temperatures soar. PAY & SCHEDULE: $19 per hour with bonus opportunities 30-40 hours per week
, Monday through Saturday KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming customer calls related to HVAC service needs and work to handle each inquiry effectively Listen carefully, show genuine understanding, and respond in a warm, supportive manner to put customers at ease Achieve daily goals related to appointment bookings, call handling standards, and overall performance metrics Maintain high accuracy when entering information and managing multiple tasks during calls QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and engaging telephone presence Consistent, on-time, and dependable attendance Physically able to remain seated for extended periods while using a headset If you're interested in this seasonal opportunity, please email your resume to
